Please keep in mind that the Bride and Groom have graciously held rooms for all their guests and made the initial deposit for you. We do encourage all guests to make sure they are booking their room thru this group format to be able to offer a greater ease of planning for the bride and groom. Its important for all the reservations for this wedding to be booked thru one source (Island Travel Company) and avoid any outside travel agencies and online travel sites for making your reservation. ROOM TERMS & CONDITIONS
Minimum of 3 nights required.
A deposit of $100 per room is due at the time of booking. We do require you to fill the form out online or you can request a credit card authorization form from Island Travel and you are welcome to fill it out and fax/ scan it back. We must have a form with your credit card on file for your final payment before the final balance due date. All reservations will be charged on February 10th. You are always welcome to make full payment or payment before this date. We can also set up monthly payments if needed. If you are interested in another room type please contact us at hello@islandtravelcompany.com to request the room and rate and we will see about getting that room added to the group.

CANCELLATION POLICY
All deposits are nonrefundable. Rooms will be under full penalty after Feb 10. If you cancel after February 17 you are 100% responsible for the cost of the room. Insurance would be suggested to cover any unforeseen situations.
AIRPORT TRANSFERS
Airport Transfers can be added to your package for $30 per person roundtrip. We do need to have your flights sent to us by February 10th so we can get you added to the transfer manifest.
