Travel Insurance is available and is highly recommended. We have a policy called Essentials and a Cancel for Any Reason. CANCELLATION POLICY
All deposits are non refundable. We suggest you have travel insurance in the event you are unable to attend the wedding to protect your investment and your vacation.
All no shows and early departures will be subject to 100% of the total stay.
GENERAL NOTES
The bride and groom have graciously reserved rooms for their guests and placed a deposit on these rooms. We kindly ask that you book one of these rooms that are being held for their wedding group. All rooms booked at the Couples Website or direct by phone with Island Travel Company will be counted towards the wedding group and therefore help the bride and groom keep track of all the various reservations in one place. The rooms that are booked with Island Travel Company will be receiving a special packet and notation on the booking. Island Travel is a preferred agency with Paradisus ( should be Secrets Resorts) Resorts and all reservations will be given extra attention at check in and consideration for room placement and service during the stay. For those booked with Island Travel Company you will receive a private check in and preferred preference.- change this to say For those who book outside of the Couples Room block your room will not be counted towards the wedding room block and amenities.
