Once deposit is made you are 100% responsible for the room and its cancellation polices. Rooms only allow 2 adults.
All no shows and early departures will be subject to 100% of the stay.

The Essentials is 6.5% of the cost of your trip and Options is 10% of the cost of your trip but allows you to cancel for a covered reason up to 48 hours prior. AIRPORT TRANSFERS
Airport Transfers can be added for $64 per person for roundtrip shared transfers.
CANCELLATION POLICY
All deposits are non refundable. We suggest travel protection to cover your travel plans. Final Payments are due February 5, 2019.

We ask all our guests to book one of the rooms we have already reserved for you in our wedding block. You may not book with other online companies, the hotel direct or another travel agent.
