All deposit are non refundable.
Once deposit is made you are 100% responsible for the room and its cancellation polices. Rooms only allow 2 adults.
All no shows and early departures will be subject to 100% of the stay.
Rate is All Inclusive - room, tax and service charges are included in the rate.
All hotel taxes and gratuities are included.
24 room service is included.
WiFi is included.
Unlimited Phone calls to the US and Canada are included.
Select Spa and Tours are included in stay but are subject to a 20% service fee.
Green Fees at Riviera Cancun Golf Courses and or Hard Rock course at Playacar are included** 20% service fee does apply.
TRAVEL INSURANCE
We strongly suggest travel insurance to cover any unforeseen changes in your travel plans. Please contact Angel Mateo , our travel agent for details on the policies. We offer the Essentials Travel Protection and the Options Plan. The Essentials is 6.5% of the cost of your trip and Options is 10% of the cost of your trip but allows you to cancel for a covered reason up to 48 hours prior. Please see links for Policy plan details and options.
Airport Transfers - can be added for $64 per person for roundtrip shared transfers.
CANCELLATION POLICY
All deposits are non refundable. We suggest travel protection to cover your travel plans. Final Payments are due July 18, 2018.

In order to attend our wedding you must book with our travel agent,

We ask all our guests to book one of the rooms we have already reserved for you in our wedding block. You may not book with other online companies, the hotel direct or another travel agent.
