ROOM TERMS & CONDITIONS
Minimum of 3 nights required.
Rooms dropped or cancelled between Dec 2-29 2017 will be charged $100 penalty plus one night stay after deposit has been made.
After Dec 29 2017 alls room dropped will be at full penalty of stay.

For the Essentials Travel Protection (death, medical and weather) the cost of the policy is 6.5% of the total cost of the trip.
For a cancel for any reason its 10% of the total cost of the trip.
CANCELLATION POLICY
If you cancel a room you booked before December 1st you lose your initial deposit.
If you cancel between December 2 and December 29 you lose the deposit and a 1 night stay.
If you cancel after December 29th your room is at full penalty of the stay.
GENERAL NOTES
Please remember that the bride and groom have graciously blocked rooms and made a deposit on your behalf. This allowed them to lock in a rate for their guests that wouldn't change. Its very important for the ease of planning a destination wedding that all guests book one of the rooms they have reserved. This allows them and the agent to know who and when people will be arriving.
Those of you who book via an other travel agency or online company will not be considered part of the wedding group room block and the couple will not receive the full benefits of keeping all rooms booked under their group code. Many online agencies don't have live inventory when selling rooms and very often move your reservation to another hotel days before or day of travel. That would mean you would miss the wedding as outside persons cannot be on property without a secured reservation. So to avoid any issue with the reservation we want to ensure everyone will be with the couple on their happy day- please use the form to book or call Island Travel Company with any questions.
