All deposit are non refundable.
In order to attend the wedding you must book a room thru this wedding site. If you book outside of this page the bride and groom have to pay a fee so you can attend the wedding and reception. They have reserved rooms for you which we are holding on this page for their wedding guests specifically.
Once deposit is made you are 100% responsible for the room and its cancellation polices. All no shows and early departures will be subject to 100% of the stay.
Rate is All Inclusive - room, tax and service charges are included in the rate. All hotel taxes and gratuities are included. 24 room service is included. WiFi is included. Unlimited Phone calls to the US and Canada are included. Resort Credit will be given to each room and is unlimited. Learn more.
You are only responsible for a 25% service fee for each item booked. For example if you opt for the massage and its $150 for 1 hour. You have access to the water ritual room 1 hour prior to the service and after. Your massage will only cost you $37.50 total.
TRAVEL INSURANCE
We do suggest travel insurance. This would not only cover you before the trip but also during the trip should you become ill or have an accident. Private hospitals on the islands are expensive and having this policy can save you thousands of dollars if something unforeseen were to happen. Our US based policies don't cover us abroad which is why we strongly suggest travel protection. AIRPORT TRANSFERS
Airport Transfers are included in the room rates.
Shared transfers are included in your package of 7 night nights or longer. Shared transfers can make up to 3 stops before your hotel drop off and it will be others arriving on flights around the same time. If you want to upgrade to private nonstop transfer please contact Angel for a quote which will depend on the amount of people arriving and departing on the same flights.
