TRAVEL INSURANCE
We do suggest travel insurance. This would not only cover you before the trip but also during the trip should you become ill or have an accident. Private hospitals on the islands are expensive and having this policy can save you thousands of dollars if something unforeseen were to happen. Our US based policies don't cover us abroad which is why we strongly suggest travel protection.
We have two policies:
Essentials - its 6.5% of the cost of your trip
Options - its 10% of the cost of your trip.

CANCELLATIONS
For cancellations received within 45 days to arrival date, a one night penalty will apply. Refunds will not apply when a reduction of persons per room or nights is made directly onsite. No shows: ONE night penalty will apply.
Early departures are NON-REFUNDABLE and will be charged for the entire stay of confirmed reservation.
TRANSPORTATION
Each guest is responsible for booking their own transfers at least two weeks prior to arrival date.
RESORT CREDIT PROMOTION
Stays of 3 nights will receive up to $500 in resort credits.
Stays of 4 nights will receive up to $750 in resort credits.
Stays of 5-8 nights will receive up to $1500 in resort credits.
Stays of 9-11 nights will receive up to $2000 in resort credits.
Stays of 12 nights or more will receive $2500 in resort credits.
