All deposits are non refundable. Charges to your card will show up from GOGO vacations or Flight Center not Island Travel Company.
Once deposit is made you are 100% responsible for the room and its cancellation polices. Rooms only allow 2 adults.
All no shows and early departures will be subject to 100% of the stay.
Rate is All Inclusive - room, tax and service charges are included in the rate.
All hotel taxes and gratuities are included.
24 room service is included.
Non-motorized water sports are included.
Resort Credits will be included in your stay and based on the amount of nights you book. Resort credits are given for stays for a min. of 4 nights.
TRAVEL INSURANCE
We strongly suggest travel insurance to cover any unforeseen changes in your travel plans. Please contact Angel Mateo, our travel agent for details on the policies. We offer the Essentials Travel Protection and the Options Plan. The Essentials is 6.5% of the cost of your trip and Options is 10% of the cost of your trip but allows you to cancel for a covered reason up to 48 hours prior. Airport Transfers can be added for $30 per person for roundtrip shared transfers.

All deposits are non refundable. We suggest travel protection to cover your travel plans. Final Payments are due March 15, 2019.
