Once deposit is made you are 100% responsible for the room and its cancellation polices.
All no shows and early departures will be subject to 100% of the stay.

TRAVEL INSURANCE
We strongly suggest travel insurance to cover any unforeseen changes in your travel plans. Please contact Angel Mateo , our travel agent for details on the policies. We offer the Essentials Travel Protection and the Options Plan. The Essentials is 6.5% of the cost of your trip and Options is 10% of the cost of your trip but allows you to cancel for a covered reason up to 48 hours prior. AIRPORT TRANSFERS
Airport Transfers can be added for $64 per person for roundtrip shared transfers.
CANCELLATION POLICY
All deposits are non refundable. We suggest travel protection to cover your travel plans. Final Payments are due August 17, 2018.

In order to attend our wedding you must book with our travel agent,
