We do require a minimum of a 3 night stay.

Room, tax and service are included in the rates provided. Your room rate includes an all inclusive plan. All meals and drinks (alcoholic beverages are included).
The hotel will collect an environmental tax which will be paid directly to the hotel. Its a flat fee of $20.00 pesos ($1.00 use approx.) per night per room and is paid upon arrival at check in.
Room Service - they do have a charge of $5 per delivery unless you are booked in a category of Royal Service or Family Concierge in which case its included.
TRAVEL INSURANCE
Travel Insurance is available and is highly recommended. We have a policy called Essentials and a Cancel for Any Reason. Please contact Angel Mateo at Island Travel Company for insurance policies details and cost. The cost is based on the total cost of the trip or the parts you want covered. The Essentials is 6.5% of the total package or 10% for the Cancel For Any Reason.
CANCELLATION POLICY
All deposits are non refundable. We suggest you have travel insurance in the event you are unable to attend the wedding to protect your investment and your vacation.
All no shows and early departures will be subject to 100% of the total stay.
BOOKING PROCESS
The booking form on this website is a secured form that will collect your required booking information. This doesn’t charge your card immediately but rather allows me to capture the information needed to get you added to the group block. You will not receive a confirmation from using this form but rather an email from me within 24 hours letting you know its been completed or with any additional questions I might have.
GENERAL NOTES
The bride and groom have graciously reserved rooms for their guests and placed a deposit on these rooms. We kindly ask that you book one of these rooms that are being held for their wedding group. All rooms booked at the Couples Website or direct by phone with Island Travel Company will be counted towards the wedding group and therefore help the bride and groom keep track of all the various reservations in one place. The rooms that are booked with Island Travel Company will be receiving a special packet and notation on the booking. Island Travel is a preferred agency with Paradisus Resorts and all reservations will be given extra attention at check in and consideration for room placement and service during the stay. For those booked with Island Travel Company you will receive a private check in and preferred preference.
Charges from your room will show up on your credit card statement as GoGo Vacations.
